Organisation Structure

To promote the innovative processes of presented fields TÜKI works an organisation structure, which enhances the efficiency of creative R&D activity with its flexibility and stability.

The organisation is partly project-oriented partly functional and so it is able to separate strategy, project, and management functions and simultaneously promotes fast reactions to the continuously changing market challenges.
