Development of furnace construction elements

SFE type heating elements featured by lens form heat release surface are advantageous from the point of view of flow and thermal regime. Their application is specially spread by protective gas technologies, as well as in such fields, where presence of flue gas in atmosphere is not desired.

Radiation recuperators are having the same geometry as SFE heating element and can be used for the recovery of heat content of flue gases flowing in flue gas channels of heating furnaces. Through its application intensive heat absorbing can be reached under small flow resistance conditions.

Fans for circulating of furnace atmosphere have been launched in the range of 400-1000 mm, with max. 900 °C temperature.

Plate type recuperators are featured by high specific surface and module construction. The possibility of tile arrangement makes possible the realisation of most efficient heat recovery in a wide range of capacity.
