Firing appliances for boilers

From the end of the years 1960-ies TÜKI has been developing and manufacturing firing appliances for boiler industry fuelled with natural gas and oil. During the years of 70-ies mono type burners have been developed with a capacity up to 4 MW. For the units of higher capacity had been realised duoblock type burners. Later has been launched a burner family with max. 40 MW capacity, which can be applied for high capacity multi-burner boiler firing requirements.

TÜKI has been using types TGB and TOB series manufactured monoblock gas, oil and alternative burners for flame tube boiler, resp. D and LNG type duoblock natural gas fired burners as well as LNO and LNGO duoblock oil resp. natural gas/oil and alternative fired burners.

The in small series manufactured CSG, CSO and CSGO type burners are operating with natural gas, fuel oil and natural gas/fuel oil alternative way without air preheating, or up to 300 °C preheated combustion air. By oil and alternative fired versions the atomisation of liquid fuel is carried out with the help of steam or pressurised air burner lance. They are manufactured by standardised units.

A special group of custom designed burners are ignition and supporting burners for pulverised-coal firing by power work boilers fuelled with natural gas, fuel oil and heating oil. They are furnished generally with separated hot air supply too.

In the field of boiler firing TÜKI supplies complete firing systems with the prescribed safety valves and devices according to the related standards of the authorities. Each firing appliance is furnished with proper burner control and all of the prescribed auxiliary devices, which are needed for the safe and reliable operation of the firing facility (remote transmitters, interlocking devices etc.).
