TÜKI has developed various
gas and oil burners for drying resp. heating of sand and ground stone materials
(for foundries and for construction industry) in using rotary drum furnaces
with a capacity of 0,2-10 MW range. Special automatic control of these burners
is capable to endure very harsh weather conditions by the operation of these
mentioned facilities. By these facilities an appropriate length and impulse of
flame is ensuring the firing into these kilns, with respect to fact that the
material to be dried will be fallen through the flame because of using drum
of ribs. For tile and brick industry TÜKI also manufactures custom designed
facilities especial fuelled with gas. Both for tunnel type furnaces and
circular type refractory furnaces of brick industry special gas burners has
been developed by TÜKI with a designation of AVG-F, KVG‑F type which are
controlled according to the temperature of furnace roof and featured by group
burner control. Their length within the chamber is adjustable, and they have
intensive penetration ability to the space.
For low temperature parts
of the same furnaces TÜKI developed the burners type AVG-L, KVG-L, provided
with flame control. They are applicable for heating up process too.
TÜKI also deals with
development and manufacturing of special burners of glass industry as well as
with the firing appliances of the related frit smelting (tile and sanitary
materials), accomplishing the installation on site and solves other related
problems of this special industry branch (e.g. reducing of noise).
Manufacturing of shaft
furnaces of lime burning industry is also subject of the activity of TÜKI. Such
facilities have been delivered for domestic and foreign companies for many
decades.
TÜKI has developed
tool-cleaning facility of fluid bed design consisting of electrically heated
leaning reactor, dust remover cyclone and an afterburning unit. The applied
fluid (alumina powder) burns and grinds the pollutants. The discharged material
has been removed by the cyclone and the afterburner disposes all the pollutants
perfectly.
