Firing appliances for tube furnaces of the oil industry

TÜKI has been dealing with more than two decades both horizontal and vertical arrangement of tube furnaces for oil industry.

From the point of fuelling these facilities are fired generally with gas, oil, dual fuel, or combination dual fuel energy carriers, but they have the capability to fire such fuels which have different composition as the standard ones. With regard to their combustion air supply they can be featured by ventilation or ejector type solution.

The ratio control of these burners takes place either individually or through multi burner control in groups. Mechanical or electronic proportional control can be applied.

In the field of automatic control TÜKI elastically meets the individual demands of its customers. Level of automatic control is from the range of manual control to sophisticated process control system.

The control of firing facility takes place with the help of free-programmable devices of different manufacturers in accordance with the demand of the customers.

The realising of these firing appliances is carried out in the framework of a complex contract too. In these cases over the supplying of firing appliance additionally the repairing or rebuilding of furnace wall, or retubing of furnace facility is required.
