Smelting furnaces for the aluminium industry

In the framework of development program of TÜKI various smelting and heat treating furnaces has been worked out for noble metal and light metal alloys by using fixed and tilting constructions.

Favourable specific energy consumption of furnaces is ensured by the application of central recuperator or recuperative burners.

By the contribution of development and manufacturing staff of TÜKI it was the first time in Hungary to realise regenerative firing for aluminium smelting furnace. In using this mentioned firing system it is possible to achieve a temperature of 900 °C for the preheated air.

For local preheating of moulds of aluminium foundries an easy to install burner family of ejector heating is staying to service.
