Heat treating furnaces for the aluminium industry

For furnaces of aluminium industry the convective heat transfer and the uniformity of heat distribution is ensured by built-in high velocity burners and furnace atmosphere blowers.

By gas fired annealing furnaces the indirect heated modules developed by TÜKI can be successfully applied. In using these prefabricated elements a large volume air or protective gas can be heated with low energy consumption.

By the electrical resistance heated heat treating furnaces standardised heating units are applied. By the application of furnace atmosphere blowers and with special flow design a temperature uniformity of 1% can be achieved in the whole working chamber of the furnace.

Meeting of the strict technological demands can be promoted by the application of heating controlled by PLC system.

The reliable design of mechanical transfer mechanism (car, lifting device etc.) is also a crucial part of an advanced furnace facility. Elasticity of furnace operation is ensured by the application ceramic fibre materials.
